The ability to accrue vacation time is at such a slow rate that you'll never actually see a substantial amount of time to use of an actual vacation. The company doesn't allow for individuals to leave work early or come in late(i.e. doctors appointment, sick days, childcare complications) without withdrawing from the employee's available vacation allowance.
