Some Financial Advisors hold back on giving your annual review on time. Many do not share any type of bonus with the Branch Office Administrator, so be content with your hourly pay as meager as it is.
There are reviews and bonuses but feedback is subject to your FAs sole opinion. Pray you get a fair FA to work for.
Yes they do. Your review is solely based on your FA’s perception of you so no matter if your are ‘outstanding’ or ‘exceeding’ expectations, the FA can say you are just meeting their expectations. The raise is based on your review and how generous your FA is
They are suppose to. Like everything else in a branch, it’s up to the FA when it’s done and how much they want to give. I am a current BOA and can personally say that a 3% raise does not keep up with the cost of living. Sixty five cents is a slap in the face when you are are pouring all your energy into a branch
Yes, BOA's receive annual reviews and the opportunity for salary increases.

Annual reviews are so belittling due to nature of model. If you can bare the micromanaging style you will get s minuscule raise. Hourly so unprofessional treatment for the job of a BOA
Yes. I didn't have a BOA yet but I know they do.

Yes, we are given an annual review and a salary increase based on what your review is. The only negative thing I would say is that the pay increase is not significant even when you do an amazing job.
