The culture of one FA and one BOA offices at first seems good. But if it comes down to your word against the FA’s word, they take the FA’s every single time.

All depends on your FA. The firm is great but they can’t force your FA to respect you

Not all regions are setup in a positive way. Look to see how many in your area. If there is 10 on one street in a small town, pass on the job. You won't get promised bonuses since there won't be any unless FA is working long hard hours and is extremely qualified for the job. To many offices is a setup for failure, then repeat new FA to work for and you will never get bonuses which are given at mercy of FA out of their bonuses

The worst nightmare of my life. The FA can behave in any manner, including abusive, and never get called out by HR. This is an ugly, money grubbing culture which caters to self indulgent and often ignorant FA's while the BOA's are treated like garbage.

Culture is very important to them. They hold to their values and unique business model. The work environment can be difficult. The set up of 1 FA and 1 BOA is almost like a marriage. Conflicts can arise
