Working hours were exactly what I was told at my interview, with the opportunity to work overtime if I wanted, only on occasion. Management would always work with you if you needed to have time off for personal reasons.

All they care about is donations, the hospital is ran on “philanthropy” so be prepared to be turned away if your not a top dollar donator.

The management. From the director to supervisors, they don’t have experience or personality to keep a great employee. Management would rather hire uneducated and underpaid people than allow people with experience feel valued, nothing but a sorry place to work for.
