Total of about 2.5 weeks paid vacation with a few floating days. you also get the required Federal Holidays (9-10) days a year.

PTO was plentiful and fair. I could use it for those times when I need a day or two but couldn't afford to lose pay. If you show up and work your shifts, there is plenty of PTO for vacations, emergencies, and such. Yearly, you can cash some of it out.

You accrue pto based on your years with the organization. Once you hit 3 years, you get your first bump in accrued pto... and then 5 ...etc
