my work place was professional and the sales process wierd

It was a learning experience for professional sales, but I learned the difference between features and benefits. What I did was get the customer to get a credit report and find a customers needs and wants. Then I will bring out a car that I know would have what they want and need. Then I will increase the value of the vehicle and have the negotiator - more... talk about prices. - less
ProsI learned a lot of things to do and not to do
ConsHorrible job culture; everyone was immature, and no one except the negotiator was paid right
