If you were in charge, what would you do to make El Super a better place to work?
Pay employees accordingly. Employees who are lazy seem to get paid the same as ones that work hard and take pride in their work. Also Management and HR could be more involved and in the best interests of both company and employees. Alot of us feel over worked and under appreciated.
