Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Current Employee) – Goshen, NY – November 2, 2017
The therapy team is excellent and work together well. They have great energy and positive outlooks. They make the patient's feel comfortable yet give them a push when needed. The rehab director is great to work for; she supports the therapy team to no end.
Very unorganized and short staffed most of the time

Work load was alot due to short staff. I like to give residents the time and attention that they deserve and it was impossible to do that when you have so many residents and not enough staff. The nurses wouldn't help with any care other than giving them medicine.
Housekeeper (Former Employee) – Newburgh, NY 12550 – July 4, 2017
I wouldn't recommend anyone work here unless it is their only option. They don't train people, they are understaffed, and have a habit of hiring people "per diem" (no benefits) and getting rid of them after the "training" period so they don't have to worry about the possibility of giving them full time work and benefits. Plus, employees were around dangerous materials and situations and not given the proper materials to protect themselves from possible injury or contamination.
Afree lunch, if you can stomach it...and the people you work with can be nice.
No benefits, no training, understaffed, not safe...
