They need to hire more leaders! Almost anyone can be a manager, but you lead by example (I believe) and my former management team didn't...they are horrible and have no clue of what we (as employees) do on a day to day basis. They just wanted everyone to focus on selling a device called Poynt, which was released before it should have been and to this very day, it's still not able to process gift cards...unless that is on purpose to force customers to purchase 2 different pieces of equipment-which I wouldn't doubt.

The have day, evening and night hours. 8 hours shifts. There is opportunity to move around as far as the hours go. I generally like my hours but I am looking to get my evening opened up, but make a good living in the process.
