There’s always something new on the menu and if that menu fits your current job description that means you own that menu. Management turn over is high and you have to be part of the click to survive. Management lacks empathy for staff. Residents are left in the dark for the most part of the organization. They claim to be a non profit but the money is never seen. Pay is not well compensated especially for those who’s been there long enough. Truly just went down the toilet.

Management, Misleading Culture, “Non-Profit” that functions more as a for profit
Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) – Oakland, CA – January 23, 2018
One approach i liked from the company was that they recognized employee performance. Even if it occurred once a year it showed that they payed attention to once performance. For instance Elder Care Alliance priced the best employee with the golden heart.
