Operations Manager in Puyallup, WA
on August 17, 2021
Elder Logistics has been a great company to work for. It has grown significantly in just a short amount of time. With that comes growing pains and that is to be expected. The benefits have gotten better over time and the company has done a good job of constantly reviewing plans and searching for better deals for employees. Upper management and middle management both make employees feel heard and valued. The thing I would say Elder Logistics needs more than anything is clear job descriptions. Drivers and warehouse workers pretty much know what they're supposed to do but the lines aren't very clear with administrations job responsibilities. Again, that would fall in line with growing pains.

Management and office people are vindictive and liars, Highly toxic environment, Try to pay under the promise pay on job postage, Saw workers (driver) drinking alcohol on one of the properties, Very crooked Company and only cares about Company and not the workers. Very high turn over rate within Company due to Negative atmosphere and poor attitude Staff.
Delivery Driver in Seattle, WA

Great place to work. Its as stressfull as any delivery driver would have during the day . Traffic , making your deliveries on time. , defensive driving all day thru the city . I mean . Its called a j.o.b. Decent pay with overtime . No weekends . I liked it . Disgruntled reviews are usually by an employee for whatever reason who didnt fit in the right way . I mean i left a few im only human .This place was cool im just moving out of state because of Mothers age & current health . Dont really want to give it up but i have to .

As an employee, my experience with Elder has been nothing but Awesome! The people are very welcoming and always willing to help each other out when needed. I feel like the management treats you with respect. Couldn't be happier with being part of the TEAM.

Company is all for the company. The employee it's just like a piece of equipment to be used up. And if they want to change something they don't care what it does to the employees
