Management Team needs to roll up their sleeves and make up for the staffing shortages.
The workplace culture here is not much different than other LTC companies. With emphasis on profits to satisfy the ROI for investors the quality of care will continue to diminish as staffing is unfortunately one of the few variable expenses and it remains woefully inadequate.
Management team members as well as regional corporate level staff should - more... be required to pick up the slack to ensure the level of care the residents receive meets the promises made by the "bed sellers" prior to the signed contract.
Something as simple as helping to pour coffee would go a long way for morale of the minimu ... - less
