No and your reviews are months if not a full year past due
Only 2% every year. No incentive.
Its normally 2%, but the benefit cost went up 11% this year...so no, you lose money every year.
2% with positive work performance review annually
I know people who have to fight for each one and the pay raises are awful.
Annually, at 2% if you don't have any write ups or anything like that. Its pointless though, our cost of healthcare increases more than the raise itself. Actually, evening with my 2% raise my healthcare went up so much that I actually make less money then when I started.
Annually,if you remind them .it's like 5/10 cents

No cost of living raise at least in the last 3 years used to be anywhere from 1 to 5% based on job performance. Now it doesn't matter what you do you get 2% per year but this also may take up to 10 months to receive after your higher date
No they don't
