The Liverpool facility has very little staff and more and more are agency nurses and very few of them are caring and do there job as it is meant to be done. I see this facility failing under the management that has been there to long and only cares about money and appearances while the pt’s and residents suffer from neglect due to low staffing numbers.

The renovation needs to go farther than just the building. Unless they renovate the management team Agency will continue to replace the LPNS. Don't judge this place on appearances and promises, you'll be disappointed.

The staff is stressed, they expect you to preform miracles with few people and new people always being trained to replace the smart ones who got out, so if that continues I do not see how it can survive.

They are running human factories for money. They could care less about staffing or residents, as long as they and their administrators are happy
