It's a good job to have if you like talking on the phone. They offer flexible scheduling and management is fantastic. There are lots of opportunities to advance through the company.

Hated it! Every team lead told me to do everything differently! Then, when I would go and ask an actual manager they would say that's not what they said- OKAY

Management at Elead CRM were the nicest people I could ever work with. Although there were ups and downs, they still had our backs no matter what. The company made sure we felt important and to take care of us. The only downfall at Elead is that there is no face-to-face interaction with customers, and that gets old very fast.

A great experience unfortunately for me I couldn't take more that year of traveling I had to do. It was too stressful for me as well as my family. It was great other than that.

There are many brilliant employees at this company and I learned constantly. As a DBA, I enjoyed working with servers and database management. My team was filled with supportive, smart, and hard working people. I loved the work but the company culture was too demanding. However, above my department, management had no respect for work-life balance. I worked everyday 10 plus hours and would not earn more than a week or 2 weeks off a year. Even days off, I was on call and would many times not even be able to get though a meal before being alerted I need to manage a server. We were undermanned, over worked, and denied tools we needed (better hardware upgrades, etc.) to do our work. Though you may get nothing but positive feedback as an employee during reviews, raises that were promised are often not produced. Many employees would have to threaten to quit to get raises to be approved they had been previously promised.
