Excellent work enviroment

Customer Care Representative (CCR) (Current Employee) - Gaithersburg, MD - October 6, 2022

I have been working for about 10 years and this is the first time I feel part of a company where they treat you like a family, they take into account your needs, you have the confidence to ask for support from any department and receive it without hesitation, they are concerned that new and current workers are well trained to cover the area that corresponds to them. They give you recognition month after month depending on your efforts in your day to day work. I definitely see myself working for this company for a long time.

The company is family oriented; owners treat employees like family. Company provides opportunities to grow, training and resources to meet personal goals. If you work hard, you will be compensated accordingly. Company always does right by the customer and its team members. Team members are trained to treat each other and clients with the outmost respect. Benefits include but are not limited to; IRA, Health Insurance, Dental, PTO, AFLAC Education and Opportunities to earn paid days off. Everyone is pleasant to work with. Personally, the company culture is the greatest benefit, overall, it is a very inclusive work environment. This place is without a doubt a great company to work for.

Great place to work and learn about the trade

The office, equipment and tools were always very clean and efficient. The whole staff is very family-oriented, and you get the sense that the management sincerely cares about you.My manager was more than eager to invest in my training and education. The management and technicians are all very nice people always ready to help during my time here.I learned a lot. I unfortunately have to leave because I am relocating to another state. Otherwise I would definitely still be working here.

Great Company Culture

I’ve worked at many electrical shops in the past and have never seen a place like this. They invest heavy in my training and education and a great team environment. They go above and beyond for the customer and especially the employees.

Pros

Great pay, benefits, and extremely organized.

Cons

Can be stressful. Especially in the summer months.

High Stress Sales Environment

Service Technician (Former Employee) - Gaithersburg, MD - March 22, 2022

Management is greedy and only care about lining their pockets, if a customer has a compliant or if a device failed the "technician" works free of charge with no compensation from employer. Technicians are paid by commission which is capped at 17%, and no benefits. A lot of other better companies out there, beware if you apply, they will tell you their all about family when in reality their all about themselves.

Amazing boss, really good company. I enjoyed working there just didn’t see myself doing Eletrical work for the rest of my life. But if you are interested in that type work/trade I highly recommend that company.

Really amazing the company is very family oriented service. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work. Everyday is amazing here. They are very organized and are willing to go the extra mile to take care of you. If you are an electrician and you are looking for a place to call home and a team that’s like family this is the place to be. They provide tool bags, van, heated jackets anything you need they are there for you .

Great workplace

Great company to work for. Always looking out for the Customers and Employees needs. Professional Work done and Employees are all top notch. Great pay and benefits. We have training twice a week on new parts and electrical codes. Joining this company after being in the United States Coast Guard for 10 years I would say this is my favorite job and couldn't ask for anything better.

Great work atmosphere

Great company to work for. Owners truly care about the employees and customers. Company invests heavily on training, tools, trucks, and image for us. Easy work environment and great pay compared to other electrical companies with tech making 60-90k. Still a small company with owners doing a lot of everything but is definitely headed in the right direction.
