A great career opportunity that offers good benefits like stock, 401K, and retirement. Pay increases were annually. There was also a short term and long term disability plan in place to help you just incase you sustain an injury.

Typical work day was challenging, and always a learning experienced. I acquired a lot of knowledge in the electrical trade; the different phases and ratings of voltage, and how it branches out in buildings for everyday usage. Socialism, teamwork, and interacting with my coworkers played a vital role in my success. The most enjoyable part of the job was satisfying the clients, and accomplishing my objective.

There are no 'typical days at work'. I leaned time management, smooth transitions with changing environments, supervisor responsibilities, and the value of time with family. Management is as varied in style as they are in appearance, good or bad management is as assured as a roll of the dice. Co-workers are more interested in getting through each day than any long term goals. Hardest Part of the job
