A good employee owned company!
EDM does a lot for its workers and provides good benefits. Rarely required overtime except during the busiest part of the year. The people are friendly, and good/hard work is recognized. The employee ownership plan is good too, providing great bonuses at the end of the year and really helping with retirement.

productive work environment with great employees and management
Loved this job. Would recommend this job to anyone. Very fun place to work with so many great people. Holidays were a very great time. Cookouts and so many activites such as a family fun day. Being a part of the esop committe was a big plus being involded with everything the conpany has to offer.
