Element 7 Careers and Employment

Loved working with my coworkers but HR and management at rio is awful alot of high school drama and yelling at people for doing there job for some reason. If they had better management and retention would be nice but avoid like the plague if you want to stay sane at work. At the end of the day e7 treats you like you are disposable cause you are too them .

Management is a Joke

Been working for this company for over a year, commuting an hour one way. The budtenders and associates are amazing and they are great people to be around. Unfortunately, management doesn't listen and the General Manager is always protected. You don't get insurance even though you are labeled as a full time employee so remember that.
