HR and management are awful

The most useful review selected by IndeedLoved working with my coworkers but HR and management at rio is awful alot of high school drama and yelling at people for doing there job for some reason. If they had better management and retention would be nice but avoid like the plague if you want to stay sane at work. At the end of the day e7 treats you like you are disposable cause you are too them .

Management is a Joke
Inventory Lead (Former Employee) - Firebaugh, CA - May 17, 2023
Been working for this company for over a year, commuting an hour one way. The budtenders and associates are amazing and they are great people to be around. Unfortunately, management doesn't listen and the General Manager is always protected. You don't get insurance even though you are labeled as a full time employee so remember that. I would not recommend Element 7 to anyone that would like to work in this industry due to the non trustworthiness and toxic style that this company practices. You will get no warning if you are about to get terminated as well. They will do it on the fly, right when you walk into your shift.
