If I was to be in charge of elements instead of having the requirement so I would take the inspiration that there are many people that need help instead of being a salesman I don’t want to be an actual client. treat people like a client not like you’re a car salesman you’re not someone to fake your way into their lives and understanding over there why. Do you want to truly be a part of their why. because then you lose the safety and trust

I loved working for elements but I didn't like how the massage therapist with no morals where allowed to work even when owner was told by clients and other massage therapist. Massage is still to this day misunderstood for some people. When massage therapist don't take there there responsibility to the highest standards possible it only makes it hard for us that do.

You will be doing EVERYTHING the manager doesn’t want to do, including cleaning blood off the outside of the building and calling customers to whom the company owes thousands of dollars due to other people’s clerical errors. Avoid this job.
