Very bad company
Software Developer in Test (Current Employee) –  Mountain View, CAApril 17, 2018
Very bad company. The management is so ignorant about whats going on in the team. Management tries to take credit from their employees. No future vision of the company.

Great Company Making an Impact in The Supply Chain Industry
Customer Support Representative (Former Employee) –  Mountain View, CAMarch 21, 2018
Fast paced with very high profile clients. You'll need to get up to speed fairly quickly and address issues even quicker. Great open office space in a nice area of Mountain View.

The people are great. But lacking HR management. It’s created an environment of favorable groups.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Mountain View, CADecember 26, 2017
The people were great. But the lack of care was disappointing especially from certain managers. Not all were terrible just a couple bad apples that could use some replacing. It does have some great benefits but that is about it.
Pros
Free food. Good benefits
Cons
Separated into groups and little cliques.

Business Transformation Lead (Former Employee) –  Mountain View, CAOctober 31, 2017
Elementum includes all the stereotypes you might think are included with a jog at a start up. It is a very friendly culture on the surface, but underneath, there are people who are not open minded or good at collaborating for success. The apps are still very much in development so the challenge is keeping customers happy with promises of functionality which may still be in development.

Things change quickly and dramatically and sometime you might benefit from that or may not.
Pros
Very pleasant office environment including free lunches and quality facilities.
Cons
With rapid growth, the office is a bit cramped, bathrooms are in demand. Very demanding and not forgiving.

Lots of learning and fun place to work
Senior QA Engineer (Former Employee) –  Mountain View, CASeptember 23, 2015
Very agile and fast pace learning curve. Sprint cycle with features on mobile (iOS and android) and web clients were of 2 weeks. End to end testing on all platform and worked on technology such as Mongo DB, Mobile testing, REST API testing and tools like REST CLIENT, Charles, Android studio, Xcode needed for testing of the apps. Healthy work environment with lots of avenues for personal growth to reach personal goals. API and product design changed frequently so end of the cycle performing the test coverage across all the platform was challenging. Very supportive team always made the job enjoyable.
Pros
Free lunches, team outing, company picnics, summer blasts etc
Cons
Tight deadlines
