High Pay Inconsistent work hours

Expect to have a client(s) for 6-12 months and have nothing to do for 2 months between finding clients.Their freshdesk network can resolve nearly all work related issues you may face.Kids are fun, but expect to get bitten or drooled on. It's very rewarding to see client's master essential skills like speaking for the first time or ceasing a harmful aberrant behavior.

Horrible

This is the absolute worst company to work for. The families and kiddos are nothing short of amazing, however the management you’re supposed to be able to rely on to help you is HORRIBLE. They never respond and the never pay you on time nor give you updates on your payments coming into your account. No, No, and just NO

Last October, they lowered RBTs hourly rate by 25-30 % , took away their raises, and removed the bonus program. Yesterday they took away the last standing incentive; Holiday Pay. Now if the family wants you to work on any Holiday, you have to work but at your new low rate instead of overtime (1.5 x). Where is Elemy going? What happened to the annual raise you promised???

Not in the Best Interest of Clients and Families

The company is barely hanging on after 4 rounds of layoffs (and counting). After leaving, I tried to reach out to HR several times to get a few things worked out. High turnover in HR (and all departments) means I was talking to a brand new person every time who couldn't help me. I do not recommend working here in any department.
