No comment Not the best atmosphere employees never got along. Sometimes nearly all the time we were short staffed and have to work extra long hours. Being the only person that the supervior depended on sucked

We agree, staffing on the island can be a challenge at times, and it can sometimes contribute to some unintentional stress on our existing teams. We make a huge effort to plan our recruiting efforts in advance whenever possible. Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts.

Meeting new people

rude management no people skills. Unorganized. Always understaffed. The pay scale for the work that is done is insufficient and even if you work full time hours , your still considered part time

Enjoyed working with this company. Great position for people who like to work independently with minimal supervision. Great co-workers and pay for the job that is required.

summary of working at Elevate Cleans

It's hard work and long hours depending on the loads from hotels.. the job can be hard at times because you are stationed in one place and you are repeatedly making the same motion and moves to fill bends and baskets with bath towels/sheets

Heavy workload

Thankless job for all the hours put in. Pay is decent, nepotism runs ragged. Strong mission, weak execution. There needs to be an overall cultural change for the company to truly take itself to the next level.

The past couple of years have been a time of transition and growth for Elevate Cleans – which is exciting, but it also creates changes and challenges to operations. We are working hard to more clearly define roles and responsibilities as well as acceptable performance metrics for each position and the organization as a whole. Through these efforts we can better define the skills needed for success. enjoy working

Elevate cleans was my first housekeeping job. And I love doing my job. And the staff was nice and friendly and very helpful training me. And my manger give me an opportunity to work for Elevate Cleans. And to get experience that I would need in the future to use. And the work was not hard at all. The only problem I had was I couldn't find a place to stay so i could keep working so I had to move back home.

Very productive and helpful workplace

Elevate Cleans was not a repetitive workplace where the same things were done every day. Each day the team got new challenges that helped enhance our skills and potential. This company taught me so much by hands on training. From cleaning a unit to knowing how to communicate with our guests to ensure them high quality results. Corporate office and management were very professional and helpful. They have shown that they truly care about their employees and their guests.

Young company

The company hasn't been around for long so it's a bit unorganized but definitely not a bad place to work. The schedule is pretty set and you don't have to work too hard.

Wonderful co-workers

General Manager is very fake. They promise you advancement when you do all the work and there is no such position. Benefits are not offered to full time employees as the hours given will keep you just under the requirements

stable temporary job during season

Very high standards in regard to cleaning and customer service. They are willing to go above and beyond for owners and owners renters. All rooms are thoroughly inspected prior to client entering premises; everything from the inside microwave and coffee pots checked and cleaned properly, to under pillows on every couch. Pleasant people to work with, friendly and understanding even during high traffic season. In my opinion, I would trust walking into a room after being cleaned and inspected by this company. Real clean is almost extinct. I say this from experience.
