At Elevate we do have a 401K plan today and will be adding an employer match in 2019 following feedback from our quarterly Surveys in 2018 that indicate this is an important benefit that employees would value. Changing the terms of 401K plans can only happen once a year. In addition, we offer excellent health benefits with 90% paid medical, dental, vision, and disability plans that allow maximum flexibility and great coverage along with 8 company holidays, and 19 paid days off in year one. We increase vacation to 3 weeks at two years tenure for a total of 24 paid days.
