Excellent place of business to work for awesome staff and residents hopefully in the near future I can have a chance to work with them again I learned so much and. Was able to interact with the residents get to some of them was a very good experience also they made it feel like home for everyone not just residents

Don't work here!

The people are rude and unprofessional.They lie to you to build you up and then let you down. Especially that one in the office with them fake eyebrows and lip fillers looking crazy!

Great Work Environment

Elevation cares about their employees and provide a true sense of a community. Employees are respected and upper management takes time to address all employees’ concerns. The work environment embodies a community that incorporates the employees and residents which incorporate Elevation’s valves.

Productive and growing

Elevation is a very productive and growing company. Coworkers are like family. Elevation provides excellent support when it is needed. I've never worked for such a great company.

Outstanding upper management and support system.

Great company with high morals and ethics. Everyone is supportive and encouraging all the way to the top management. Management leads by example and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the support you need. They care about the residents, the employees and the investors. I work hard, sometimes long days, but I don't mind going the extra mile for a company that treats me right.

I am able to gain further knowledge with training that may help moving up in the company

I really enjoy working with our Senior residents and the stories they have. I feel I have purpose working for Elevation. The Corporate office has been there for me with any questions and support that I need.
