Low pay and no advancement opportunities. They dont consider all the hard work you do for the company and when it comes for a pay raise they take forever to give you a dollar or two raise

Definitely do not go to HR with any concerns because you will be let go. Overworked and underpaid. If you don't support their vision or religion, you will be out. They expect you to work overtime and they have a high turnover there. There's a reason for that.

My couple years at Elevation Solar were fun and relaxed in the beginning but as they started to grow things quickly unraveled and thing became clear. I’d say more then half of the office staff is related or someone’s kids spouse. It even goes as far as the CEO and Vice President being cousins! So the work environment is very clique and gossiping is the daily normal for management. Also if your not Mormon then you have a even bigger target on your back and feel like your always being judged. Also they don’t respect your schedule, especially towards the end of the month when they are cramming jobs in to get their numbers. So you end up working late under high stress at the end of every month. Also don’t expect your manager to take any sort of blame because they will be quick to point the finger when any mistakes are made and it will be the be water cooler talk for that day.
