Annonymous (Current Employee) – Miami-Dade County, FL – April 5, 2016
Don't waste your time. This place is disorganized and micromanaged in a way it does not make sense. Wrong people get promoted, wrong people in positions, favoritism and the ultimate revolving door. The state of Florida doesn't pay well and don't expect a raise. The state hasn't raised its employees wages since 2007! 5 stars for benefits though, but pay is awful!
Productive and FUN working enviroment not the regular Government Agency
Information Security Officer (Former Employee) – Miami, FL – February 15, 2017
The Eleventh Judicial Circuit is a wonderful place to work. Everybody is very professional and is a family environment. The Top Management is very professional, objective and proud to be the best Judicial Circuit in the State of FL. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is very good in the IT division which is called CITeS. He has a clear view of what it takes to drive the IT Department into the next level and because of this he has a lot of support and trust from the upper management, he is a go guy with his goals and delivers them on time. You will always be challenge in a positive way to be out of your comfort zone with an always “can do” attitude.
Judicial Intern (Former Employee) – North Miami Beach, FL – July 12, 2015
Observed all trials and court hearings. Learned about various aspects of courtroom procedures and all stages of personal injury protection, landlord-tenant, and domestic violence cases. Coordinated logistics with attorneys, case participants, and judges. Reviewed unclosed case files to determine follow-up actions and conducting legal research for judges. Supervisors were enjoyable to work with, giving guidance on all aspects of the courthouse and opportunities to learn and work both in the courtroom and outside of it.
