Assistant Patient Care Coordinator (Former Employee) –  New York, NYAugust 28, 2018
Wonderful environment and surgical results, was promoted by the CEO and founder and given a raise, then a new manager was hired and was too driven by personal life and wanted a personal relationship with me that was not reciprocated. The previous manager was also let go for abusing company policies and bullying but maintained a relationship with the directors, which also led to my departure.

Lvn/surgical scrub nurse (Former Employee) –  Roseville, CAMay 8, 2019
Schedule is NOT flexible unless you are the boss's favorite employee. No career advancement opportunities. Staff, including management, is very catty, gossipy and plays favorites. You will learn everything there is to learn in the first month. Pay is decent. Its a great job to work at while waiting for your ideal job. Just my honest opinion:) hope its helpful.

Nurse (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJanuary 29, 2019
Began working here as an OR Nurse, but quickly saw the hidden issues within the staff and infrastructure. The physicians are performing surgical cases for long periods of time, causing the patients to get pressure wounds and then IGNORING it. Nurses don't care to take time to really train the new hires and doctors are often impatient and rude to other staff members.

Shifts are very long and go far beyond closing time. No matter how long your day is you only get to take a 30 minute lunch period.

The office staff is very exclusive and gives off a "mean-girl" type of vibe, which is really unfortunate for a bunch of grown women.

If you value work/life balance and don't want to take part in unhealthy office culture, then keep searching.
Some free lunches, free procedures, snacks, cool surgeries
Short lunches, drama, limited training, patient care is forgotten, terrible hours
