Busy, yet rewarding if you are in the HR department.

I feel that corporate needs to take a look at office and regional managers. They do not value assistants at all. They work you like slaves. Our office manager basically told us that assistants can get hurt but not the dentists because they are valued. You can't go to corporate because they do not support the assistants at all. They turn everything around on you. Not a good place to work for if you are an assistant. The human resources rep came in and acted like he was going to do something but they just made me feel like it was pointless to even go to them. Office manager is a snake. Not impartial at all and is more worried about gossiping and making friends instead of being fair and diplomatic. He plays favoritism and is a bully. 6 months into working at this office I started looking for a new job. The experience made me hate the dental field!!
