I would have to be there early, open the shop, make sure everything was in place. Id get the jewelry out and place them in cases. Cleaned the counters, check my emails and handle the phone. Management, he was nice he would sometimes forget certain things, so you would have to write everything down.
Hardest part of the job, dealing with customers who did not cooperate with us. Also having to run errands that would sometimes take a while, just because of the traffic.
Management was nice, casual/relaxed clothing.
Some customers were not very nice.
