If given a test try your best! Don’t go oh I don’t know your equipment so I won’t try. Had to turn down so many very qualified applicants because they didn’t try on the test. They think they can get hired off of the resume and interview alone. You can be the best tech don’t try and get 15% on the test. Vs an ok tech who really puts in effort and gets 75%. Can you guess who will get hired?

This job is a joke!! If you fit in and good at kissing butt, you will go far, make sure you score high on the test..the kansas location is full of back stabbing and lots of favoritism. Turn over rate going through the roof, no workers like it

Interview, job offer, DMV/drug testing, fingerprints/Badging for airport jobs, start.
Fingerprints are done by the airport and the company has no control over this. They can come back in 24hrs up to 30 days, average fingerprints is 72hrs. From offer to start is on average 2 weeks.

This company has a great future! Yes we are a company that gets contract work but the employees and the work they do is what always them to keep their contract. In the few years I’ve been with ELS I’ve seen the company double in size.
