Amazing Company
One of the best places I have ever worked at. Management is amazing here. Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity was awesome. Everyone that is a part of this company are all great people that enjoy giving back to the community.

Fun place to work
ERG was a fun place to work staff except for the operations manager. Learned a lot while there. Was a competitive challenging environment. Good entry level position that comes with entry level pay scale. Was promised a raise by a certain date, which was never given, and on multiple occasions never paid for sales. Short work days although you use your own vehicle to travel long distances and there is no stipends along with that. Very high turnover rate, in just the 3rd month of working there were 3 new sales teams. Sales managers will promise monthly incentives which are never given either. Overall good learning experience.

This job offers numerous opportunities for people who want to be a part of a team. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly and always willing to help you when needed. I always feel appreciated and respected by everyone which is, in my opinion, very important when it comes to building a career anywhere.
