this job is a very easy job to do and relate to alot of customer service and helping the elderly people taking them to the doctors appointment and back

Friendly work place, its like family

I get started by turning on the computer and getting my area clean to start making my phone calls and checking on the drivers. Then I start doing the computer work. And while I'm doing my work I receive and make phone calls

To many broken promises of advancement no consideration for your Family

I wouldn't recommend the job to people that has a family. The job is for a person that's living a single life the owner prays on people that really need a job.. if she knows that you need a job she will use that against you to work her hours

operate equipment

clear lots and removal of tree. prepare driveway and many other job with mini skid load. I have expreience with roller , mini excavate and dozier. went to school for welding, use my welding skills to work on repairing equipment. Some work on maintance of all truck and equipment .

Dispatcher wasn't nice always yelling at everyone

Go to work get your paperwork from the office wait for them to tell you what bus or van you were taking and get the key. Had to do pre-trip everyday on whatever vehicle you took and hand in that paperwork to the office everyday. Once I was done with my route for daycare I would advise dispatch I was clear for a call. Once I got the call you would have to write down the pickup time and drop off times of the clients. I learned its very important to take clients and get them to their appointments on time.

its great for experience

Greeting and interacting with different people. I've learned how to strap down members in wheelchairs and also how to work the wheelchair lift attached to the van. There is no hard part about the job, that's if you like to work. But I truly enjoy conversing to every single member that I encounter .

Laid Back environment

Part time, work from home position. Offered great benefits and excellent pay. Given the ability to work as I could as long as certain criteria was met.

Awful and dishonest Company to work for!!

This company is always hiring. They make you work a lot of hours for little pay. Very dishonest people. The vehicles that they provide to you always have issues that they dont care of so they dont care about you or the people that you transport. The list can go on and on. Just a heads up if you ever apply for this company.

I enjoyed my job immensely and if the company was not sold and subsequently went out of business I would still be employed there.

Good loads, good pay, Great people to work with, Small company you know your boss, someone was always there to talk to when you had a problem with your truck or your load.

Small business that provided a lot of opportunity

Being a small company, I benefited from being able to learn almost all aspects of how a moving company is managed. This experience enabled me to advance in my career.Negative aspects were that management was not strong and often experienced a hostile work place with arguments between employees and between employees and management.
