Keep good people, Ellie Mae just eliminated 70 plus positions. Most were very hardworking folks who cared deeply about the customers and their business. This was quite a shock, I called Ellie Mae home.

I did not enjoy the meetings we held. Too many and not enough time to implement the changes we spoke about as an executive team. It took time away from me to work more one on one with my sales team to further enhance their selling skills and better qualifying of larger sales opportunities.
