If you were in charge, what would you do to make Elmcroft | Eclipse Senior Living a better place to work?
Well well well elmcroft of southern pines nc . First off they need to start off with firing all management at this location and start off new. When management learns to respect the staff you are garenteed better staff and atmosphere.Until management at this location learn how to appreciate the staff instead of tearing staff down it will continue to be a hot mess. My recommendation to current staff get out while you can.Let them bust their lazy butts on the floor as you all have then maybe just maybe things will change.Managment at this location is horrible . Corporate open your eyes your turn over rate is mad crazy its not the staff its management get rid of all management,start with new managment because realisticly every ra,cna, medtech that they hire quit (every single one of them are not bad eggs but all of them quit) its managment , thats the problem

Clean up manament in southern pines nc. Management is horrible and very disrespect to staff,speaking to staff very rude and disrespectful. If the staff spoke to anyone in management in the way that management speaks to the staff they would be terminated immediately no questions ask. So why is it that corporate condons management speaking to any staff member in anyway other than professional, corporate if you continue to allow such behaviors from management that reposent your company then that says alot about the person you are. Staff at this location are treated less than the human beings that they are on a daily basis.This is why you have had so many complaints taken straight to corporate via emails and countless phone calls because staff doesn't have a voice in this facility at all.There has been countless staff terminated or quit because of management .We ( ra's , cna's ,medtechs and sic's)are going to continue to be treated as the scum of the earth until corporate ( ceo ) steps in to save future and current staff members left. Please with all due respect take a closer look at every last one of your managment team starting with beckie because all of them are not what they make themselves out to be. Please you have to see that with all the staff that has come and gone so quickly the problem is manament... The issue will continue if no one intervenes. Thank you for you time.

Soon all assisted living will be nursing homes. At this point whom ever can afford to pay cash is welcome in assisted living even when they belong in a nursing home. With one aid on a hall and many residents total care,nursing home material,it is a nightmare. Time for eldercare to be paid with taxes and non profit. It is impossible to hire enough staff and still earn a profit.
How's management and the working environment? Reason I ask because I believe in keeping moral high. Helps keep the employees loyal and work hard everyday.
