Most of the staff is great, there are a few on day shift that are horrible and rude to new employees which is why I didn’t stay beyond a week. I overheard them gossiping about other staff memebrs and putting them down. Yet they would go and take an hour lunch and the ED sees this and does nothing except encourage this behavior. I actually overheard her talking with them. Not the type of environment I want to work in. Dillsburg, Pa

I have enjoyed working at Elmcroft of Florence better than any other nursing job that I have had. Lately, it has been kind of rough with the staffing issues, but overall an excellent place of employment.
