Activities are very helpful with every residents, such as music, golf, bowling, crafts and arts, story telling and exploring the nature by walking.

I learned the importance of being compassionate to elderly people especially with those who have disorders and or diseases.
My time management is improving in general.
Learning how to deal with difficult co-workers and work in harmony with all the staffs.
The hardest part of the job is when you faces some mistakes you've done, the warnings, the conscience impact. Yet I face it in a positive way as much as I can to go on with my work.
The most enjoyable is making every residents happy and accomplished for each day.
injury job related medical benefit only. good work relationship with administrative staff.
need full healthcare benefits, hectic time serving 10 to 13 residents on 2nd shift, negligence of some caregivers, poor response on every report or complaint of residents.
