I was asked some questions about my back ground, than given a lesson plan for a 50 minute demo class. That's right 50 minutes. The demo lasted roughly 20 minutes as my mock students (ELS Staff) had a meeting to attend, directly.I thought to myself, "Hmm, not very professional." Quite surprising, I was given a tour of the facility. So much for the staff meeting. I did not get the job but really judge the business character of this institution. Be careful.
