Business Development Manager (Current Employee) – Hanover, PA – March 28, 2018
ELSNER is a quickly growing, dynamic and innovative organization. From the purpose built precision machinery to pioneer workforce development programs, there are few organizations that can balance both a core competency in creating world-class converting machinery and innovation. Both happen seamlessly at ELSNER. A typical day at work is a study in collaboration across business functions, on almost any given day, you can expect to see an Engineer, an Assembler and a Sales Engineer working together on the shop floor to resolve critical customer issues. The workplace structure is flat, as an example, new employees can walk directly into the CEO's office with suggestions to make the company better and he listens.
Field Service Technician (Current Employee) – Hanover, PA – March 16, 2018
Elsner Engineering is a great place to work. The hiring process was fast and seamless. Everyone works hard but the atmosphere is awesome. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of people to work with. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This company is designed to succeed from the bottom to the top. There is no back stabbing and throwing people under the bus like so many other companies. Everyone succeeds together!
Great atmosphere, great people, designed for success.
Mechanical Designer/ Detailer (Former Employee) – Hanover, PA – February 13, 2018
I enjoyed being able to work on my own projects but at the same time have the opportunity to assist with the larger projects that were going on. I enjoyed learning about reverse engineering and the process it takes to create a print from a customer part that would either be broken or worn down.

International Sales Manager (Current Employee) – Hanover, PA – March 31, 2016
This company does one thing very well - it makes the highest quality, most reliable rewinders available in its market niches. The one downside is the lack of a workable realistic vision for the future.
