It is a very unfair place to work , people are definatly not treated in the same manner. Management picks and chooses when they will treat you with respect or not depending on if you are bending over backwards for them.

It can be really nice at times and then it can change the vey next day. chasing kids all night long, people throwing food off balconies onto cars, during the day the hotel is a completley different hotel than the night time. absolutely no run for advancement. people with bachelor degrees working the front desk some employees in housekkeeping are just downright mean and nasty
Its very clean the people there are super intelligent...the enviorment is super goregeous I loveee it and loved working there

It is very fast paced when we were busy. i did a lot of running and moving around. And if i was standing in place it was not for very long.

Customer friendly, mediterannean atmosphere, tranquil at times, hectic during other times. Managers are amazing, HR is super.
