Adjust the manner in which we assign students to courses for full-time and adjunct instructors. Full-time Instructors get very large classes because it is cheaper for the university while Adjuncts get small student loads to keep the cost down. We want Quality, not quantity! Spread the workload and don't be afraid to pay the adjuncts for their work!
