The upper management expects caseworkers to meet certain amount of 80-100 billable hours each month. Even if you improve, you are still given a write up. Holiday months like November and December are not taken into account. You are liable, even for the consumer that did not show up to their appointments. If you dont meet certain hours you are bound to get suspended and fired, no matter how hard you are trying. Caseworkers are pretty much the backbone of the company, the ones that are filling upper management's pockets with money, but it ends up being a high turn over job for these reasons.
