An opportunity to work with the most talented colleagues

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
ERI's culture is all about putting the person and their development first, with the company's growth driven by the individual's growth. It gives one the opportunity to work with very talented individuals, from across the globe and various walks of life, who bring a fresh perspective to the risk analysis profession. The fast-paced work environment is not for the weak-hearted and keeps you on your toes. However, being a relatively small company the hard work and efforts put in are always recognized. Channels of communication with management and the executive are always open for employees and management is sensitive about things like work-life balance, mental health and equal pay for equal work.

Pros

Company values, colleagues, work culture, the kind of work, professional development opportunities

Cons

Fast-paced environment may not be for everyone, teething problems as ERI goes global
