Lots of favoritism. And broken promises .always micromanaging and never giving the benefit of doubt.Attitude reflects leadership.Has rapidly declined in the past year just like any other corporations.

Do not work in the Collections department!!! Team leads are mean, and the supervisor and director do not know what they are doing. Was told by Human Resources that they want to fire the collection manger and the team-lead, that is a bully but the so called director protects them. At the time I resigned 15 other employees left.

Ask yourself why the high turnover rate of employees. Especially good, long-term employees in IT. Look into the performance of the Directors. It is appalling and dozens of employees leaving the department could attest to this.

Do your job. Go directly home. Don't try and friend anyone. This place is one huge rumor factory. It could be a great place to work, but I have watched co-workers start horrible rumors about people and it has them in fear for their job, massive embarrassment. I have worked here two years. I keep to myself bc of the gossiping. Management does nothing about this and the person getting picked on gets fired. I have been a nurse for 12 years and it saddens me.
