I greatly liked the people I worked with, but the culture was very stressful and unhealthy. A couple of bad apples chose personal ambition over the company/employee good, which destroyed the team environment. Hopefully that has changed over the years.

A great place to work. Good benefits and good pay. Management is great.

Emery pays well, has full benefits, vacation and 401k. It’s pretty laid back and flexible. Most departments are on the DuPont schedule which is awesome. Someone mentioned that they don’t have personal days. That’s not true. You get 11 paid holidays, vacation and also you can call off up to 6 times a year on the point system. Great place!

It’s an industrial facility. If you don’t want to get dirty, don’t work here.

Might as well move to communist nation place is a hole. No sick time, so don’t get sick. No work no pay. Hourly workers are slaves. Rules apply to certain people.
