As previously noted in job reviews at EMHS nepotism is huge. Poor management and no organizational or senior leadership support for what you are trying to accomplish. These are tasks/projects that you were asked to do, not even processes you came up with on your own. With no management support, people who worked there for a while are infested with throat cutting workplace culture that noone is influential enough to change.

Any changes or improvement activites or process changes will take forever.
