I enjoyed my job and my coworkers for the most part were awesome, The management however. does not want to deal with problems that need to be addressed . My manager talked down to me and shut me down whenever I had an issue or needed help. I had a family emergency in which i needed to leave early for a few days and was basically told that they couldn't accommodate my schedule. I guess it was easier to cover my while shift than an hour of my shift. I think the company worries more about making a big profit than they do about the residents and staff. On the plus side the kitchen manager was always willing to pitch in when there was not enough help. It might not happen as often though if they treated people decent to begin with.

There is always more to learn, and we take that seriously. The team works well together and individually. There is a positive work culture as there is focus on problem solving, personal/team academic growth, and maintaining a professional work environment. A fun place to work with a family oriented work environment. This is a great place to work and make a forever home with a great work family.

The entire management team is high school drama. Underpay for nurses and tell you they’re overpaying. Ratio on day shift is 1:27 , staffing for cna’s is less than allowable unless state is in the building

They do not care about staff or residents. Hard working staff that do their best to improve TCC and resident lives are dismissed and let go when they bring to light the things that are lacking and below human standards. Traveling managers come in and make decisions without being there on a regular basis. They offer no portion of coverage for a very poor medical plan. Zero respect for work life balance. They currently have a job posted for a department manager that has not put in notice or been notified of dismissal. TCC is shady and shouldn’t even be open. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Management declined in the last year. People are considered bodies instead of employees. It's called an employee owned company but there massively laid off, when at year end upper management gets bonuses from $25k to $50k. Meanwhile everyone else gets $25 Xmas gift card and 2% raise. Nepotism is allowed.
