I currently work for empress and I am really trying hard not to get out of there I've been with him for a couple of years and ready to run it is the most horrible management money whatever you want to call it I have ever went through they took the nursing stuff mileage they cut everything short we go through so much stress us nurses we Give It All We Got and then we get s*** back we are done you have good people you chase them out never will come back to empress that's how I feel really sad
I am a former employee and after almost 5 years with them I feel they are definitely on a downhill spiral and really don't believe they will ever come back
I think that due to the continued need for skilled nursing care the company as a whole will thrive but I believe that the facility I worked at will eventually be shut down for abuse and neglect.

They are and have been hemorrhaging money left and right. If upper management does not take a closer look at the individual departments actions, crack down on the terrible managers, stop allowing staff to hire friends and family and make individuals accountable they are going to end up closing.
