Annually...you have to take initiative to achieve recieving what you deserve. Our manager "when there is one" is not organized enough to keep track of employee hire dates. The company in general is not interested in compensatiing you until your ready to quit.

I’ve been at EMSI over a year. Still no raise. I was Told there are no raises given to part-time employees.

I have worked for Email more than 6 years in Finance. I have not had a raise in almost 3 years. They promise raises then it falls thru and rescheduled.

I don't think in the 2-3 years I worked there that I ever got a raise. You were paid on each job a set rate. The reimbursement for travel may have gone up a few cents once.
